I'm a New Orleans-based artist, acrylic and oil paint enthusiast, and firm believer that life is better with art (and some good matcha).

My path to becoming an artist wasn't exactly a straight line. I earned a master's degree in Special Education and worked in ABA but found myself gravitating toward the creative moments I shared with my clients. Inspired by the artists and creative community around me, I eventually traded in my original career plans for a paintbrush.

A short waltz around my website has probably revealed that I don't exactly stick to one style. I've experimented with just about everything, and I like it that way! I'm a lifelong learner who finds inspiration in unexpected places, and I like seeing where my creativity takes me.

At its heart, Allison Renee Art is about bringing a little more color, character, and joy into everyday life. I hope my work reminds you to appreciate the little things.

I'm so glad you're here!
